All new asphalt driveways have a One (1) Year Unconditional Warranty.
One Year Unconditional Warranty – The Original Driveway Design™ warrants and guarantees the quality of materials and workmanship to be free of any defects for a period of one year from the date of installation of asphalt driveway. Any cracks larger than 1/8-inch wide will be filled with crack filler. Tire scuff marks will be heated and re-tamped. These repairs will be visible. This Unconditional Warranty does not include damage caused by gas or oil spills, puddles on a surface with less than 1.5 percent grade and normal wear and tear.
Limited Warranty – The Original Driveway Design™ warrants and guarantees the quality of materials and workmanship for stated period in each package below from the date of installation of the asphalt driveway. This includes excessive cracking due to faulty installation or materials, break-up because of poor installation and excessively deep water puddles. The warranty excludes any cracking or settling of pavement caused by sub-surface ground conditions, puddles on surface with less than 1.5 percent grade and normal wear and tear. Any such area determined to fall within the warranty parameters will be repaired according to industry standards. The repair will be patched and will be visible.
Five (5) Year Warranty from date of installation, including:

Four (4) Year Limited Warranty
Seven (7) Year Warranty from date of installation, including:
One (1) Year Unconditional Warranty
Six (6) Year Limited Warranty with conditions
The seven-year warranty is contingent upon the asphalt sealer being re-applied within five years from the date of installation.
